The meaning behind ‘Shema’
Shema, the Hebrew word signifying "hear," "listen," and "pay attention," embodies my aspiration to establish a space where every person’s story and heart can be heard. I further believe that, as the Lord is described as our 'Wonderful Counsellor' in Isaiah 9:6, the best course towards healing emerges from my attunement to His voice, enabling me to integrate His guidance with my therapeutic approach.

BSocSci Honours in Psychology (with distinction)
ASCHP Registered (Reg Nr: SWC22/1393)
Other Qualifications:
~ Trauma Incident Reduction facilitator
~ Year course in Christian Counselling focused on Children and Adolescents (dissertation in progress)
~ Additional training in addiction, emotional wounds, bullying, suicide, group facilitation, ethics, wellness & counselling skills.
~ Bachelors of Education, Senior Phase & FET (CUM Laude)

You will find my counseling approach to be grounded in empathy, compassion, and a fervent dedication to advocate for the restoration of the Lord's people.
We serve a God who says: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; with unfailing love I have drawn you to Myself. I will rebuild you, and you will dance with joy." Jeremiah 31:3-4. I have seen the truth of this verse play out over and over again, and you are no exception.There is always hope in Jesus.

- Family Support: R550.00 per 1 hour session.
- Trauma Incident Reduction: R750.00 per 2-4 hour session.
